At Dandeli River Resort, we understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair to both our guests and our resort. Please read the terms carefully before confirming your booking.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
1. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date: Eligible for a full refund (after deduction of minimal processing fees, if applicable).
Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made within 48 hours (2 days) of check-in: No refund will be issued.
No-show or early departure: No refund or credit will be provided.
All cancellation requests must be made through email or phone using the contact details provided below.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.
The refund will be credited to the original mode of payment used during booking.
In case of technical issues, double payments, or failed transactions, please contact our team with proof of payment, and we will resolve it promptly.
3. Rescheduling Policy
Guests may request to reschedule their booking up to 3 days before the check-in date, subject to room availability.
Rescheduled bookings must be used within 90 days from the original booking date.
Price differences (if any) due to seasonal rates will apply.
4. Force Majeure
In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, River Resort Dandeli reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings. Guests will be offered rescheduling options or credit vouchers for future stays.
